Delegation of the Tomsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS successfully completed its work at the Forum TECHNOPROM-2022
30 sep 2022The delegation of the Tomsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS worked in Novosibirsk at the IX International Forum of Technological Development TECHNOPROM-2022. As a result, a scientific and technical cooperation agreement was signed with the Siberian Federal Scientific Center for Agrobiotechnology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as promising contacts were established with large Russian companies, such as Nornickel, Gazprom, medical, construction, and shipbuilding companies.

Tomsk scientists have developed a mathematical model that will help optimize the synthesis of complex metal compounds
23 jun 2022Scientists of the Tomsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences Oleg Lapshin and Oksana Ivanova proposed a mathematical model for studying two-step mechanochemical synthesis of inorganic substances in wave combustion mode. This model, published in the high-ranking journal Powder Technology, will help find optimal modes of production of expensive composites and significantly develop a new macrokinetic theory.

High-tech equipment was delivered to Italy
22 feb 2022Scientists from the Tomsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS in cooperation with the innovative company "Mikrosplav" delivered high-tech equipment to two Italian customers. Students and teachers will use it to conduct scientific and experimental works at the Beam Technology Center (Milan Polytechnic University), and the company GalvanoTechnik S.p.A. (Gardone Val Trompia) will integrate the equipment into the production line for deposition of coatings on products and parts. -
New ceramic sintering furnace
9 feb 2022The scientists of the Tomsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS manufactured a prototype of an energy-saving sintering furnace that uses the filtration combustion of natural gas and is designed to synthesize and sinter a wide range of refractory ceramics used in energetics, metallurgy, and aerospace engineering.
